Conditions of Use
Buyer will build and maintain the products in accordance with instructions and take necessary precautions for inclement weather or unknown circumstances that might be harmful to the product, including but not limited to tornadoes, hurricanes, hail storms. Buyer takes full responsibility for the use, and liability resulting from his/her applications of the merchandise, and upon Purchasing same holds the seller harmless from any liability, loss or damage.
Liability:
Customer agrees to hold Cornucopia harmless from any liability and will indemnify Cornucopia or it's employees or stockholders harmless from any legal suit, product liability, or legal action relating to these products. By accepting and ordering the product the customer acknowledges that he understands this product and is knowledgeable.
